How it works

Sign My Yard provides customized yard sign greetings for all occasions. To book a greeting, you will fill out the form with the event date, location, theme, etc., and submit that for our review. Once you receive email confirmation of the event date being available, you will submit payment to reserve that date. The payment includes set up that typically takes place after 8 pm the night before and take down that occurs 24 hours later.

This page contains the terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering your yard greeting. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. The price includes delivery, set up, and removal of the yard greeting. We will contact you directly to schedule your delivery.

  2. All Sign My Yard greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems, notify yard service companies, and do not mow the property for the duration of the yard greeting.

  3. BOOKING All bookings must be made 48 hours in advance. ($20 service fee will be added for rush orders)

  4. PAYMENT Payment is paid at time of booking.

  5. CANCELLATION In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund half of your payment or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.

  6. INCLEMENT WEATHER We will not be able to deliver your Sign My Yard greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored.

  7. REFUND POLICY We will not refund the payment if the homeowner requests the greeting to be removed once the greeting has been delivered and set up. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission. Sign My Yard reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.

  8. SPRINKLER SYSTEMS Yard greetings are installed using metal stakes inserted into the ground approximately 8” to 12” deep. If you have a sprinkler system, please inform us and at their request please provide any information regarding the type and location of the sprinkler lines. Sign My Yard is not responsible for damage to your system if it is not properly marked and communicated.

  9. SIGN DAMAGE  Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the Sign My Yard signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent. You are responsible for the replacement cost of the graphic, letter, or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.

  10. SET UP We use our best judgment on where to set up signs unless specified otherwise by the customer. Some of our set ups include wooden stands that hold the staked signs in place when circumstances require the use of them, such as the ground is too hard for the stakes to enter, uneven surfaces, indoors, etc.
